Customer Support will be provided in two ways i.e. Gold Care support and Silver care support.

Gold Care Support:

Based on Domain one dedicated senior expert will be provided.

Issues will be tracked based on the ticket numbers.

Each ticket will be Prioritised i.e. P1, P2, P3, and P4.
-
P1 is a High Priority, P2 is a Medium Priority, P3 is a Low Priority, and P4 is a very low priority.
-
SLAs are tracked and for each resolution documentation will be provided.

Silver Care Support:

Based on Domain one dedicated Junior expert will be provided.

Issues will be tracked based on the ticket numbers.

Each ticket will be Prioritised i.e. P1, P2, P3, and P4.
